The Big Thrift is open Monday through Friday and Saturday from 8 am to 12 noon, closed on Sundays.

- Clothing or goods with stains, missing buttons, or noticeable damage
- Any junk that cannot be reused or repurposed
- Broken items in need of repair
- Items that are dirty or in unsanitary condition
